About the course

RV total loss claims are some of the most complex evaluations an adjuster will face. Unlike a standard vehicle, an RV is part automobile, part living space — and that distinction changes everything about how you assess value, document damage, and defend your numbers. This course walks you through the entire total loss evaluation process from initial inspection to final settlement, using real-world scenarios specific to the RV specialty line. You'll learn how to identify the factors that drive RV valuation, what documentation you need to support your determination, and how to avoid the common mistakes that turn a straightforward claim into a dispute. Whether you're new to specialty lines or looking to sharpen your skills, this course gives you a clear, practical framework you can apply immediately. Developed by Paradigm Training and approved for continuing education credit, this is training built by industry professionals — for industry professionals.

Kimberly Dupont

Kimberly Dupont is a co-owner of Paradigm Training and brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, with deep expertise in total loss evaluations, salvage operations, and specialty vehicle claims. She has held progressive roles at a national P&C carrier — including Salvage Specialist, Salvage Department Trainer, and Multi-Line Claims Manager — where she developed and delivered enterprise-level training on the exact subject matter covered in this course. Kimberly is a USCG Licensed 50-Ton Master Captain, a licensed P&C adjuster in 28 states, and holds ASE, ICAR Platinum, and Six Sigma certifications. Her rare combination of maritime licensure, multi-state adjuster credentials, and field training experience gives her a perspective on RV and specialty vehicle claims that most instructors simply don't have. When Kimberly teaches total loss evaluations, it comes from real claims, real carriers, and real outcomes — not a textbook.
