Kristin Bienvenue

Kristin Bienvenue is the owner of Paradigm Training and a United States Air Force Veteran who served during Operation Desert Storm as a B-52G Electro-Environmental Specialist — a highly technical role that required precision, safety compliance, and zero margin for error. That same standard shows up in everything she does. Kristin spent 28 years as a special education teacher working with individuals from birth through adulthood, and she continues to teach at the college level today. That career gave her something most trainers simply don't have: a genuine, tested understanding of how people learn — across every age, every background, and every learning style. She knows how to take complex information and make it land. Beyond the classroom, Kristin brings hands-on experience as an office manager with a track record of building systems and organizing the moving parts of a business from the ground up. That operational mindset is what separates Paradigm Training from typical training programs — it's built by someone who understands not just how to teach, but how real workplaces actually function. With a Master of Science degree and experience spanning education, workforce development, and business operations, Kristin designs training that is practical, direct, and built for people who have to apply it on the job — not just pass a test.
