About the Instructor

Kimberly is a Co-Owner of Paradigm Training and brings more than 25 years of hands-on Property & Casualty experience to every course she teaches. She has worked as a Salvage Specialist, Salvage Department Trainer, Multi-Line Claims Manager, and Senior Claims Examiner at a national P&C carrier — and has authored enterprise-level training content on boat salvage, RV claims, and motorcycle total loss evaluation. Kim holds a USCG 50-Ton Master Captain's License, a P&C adjuster license in 28 states, and is ASE Certified, ICAR Platinum Certified, and Six Sigma Certified. She doesn't teach theory — she teaches the real decisions, documentation practices, and field judgment that adjusters need to get claims right the first time.
