How We Use Your Information We use your information to deliver course content, issue certificates of completion, process payments, and report continuing education credit hours to state licensing authorities (including Sircon/Compliance Express) where applicable.
Third-Party Services Our courses are hosted on Thinkific. Payments are processed through Stripe. CE credit reporting is submitted via Sircon/Compliance Express. Each platform maintains its own privacy policy governing data they collect.
We Do Not Sell Your Data We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention Enrollment and completion records are retained for a minimum of five years to support CE compliance and license audits.
